Much more than a traditional employee survey, the BPA not only measures and quantifies employee feedback but also establishes baseline performance measures and performs comparative analysis with our database. Our survey not only quantifies the typical questions asked on employee opinion surveys such as job satisfaction, but reaches greater depths, assessing additional practices that are critical to productivity.
