We focus on creating a team of transformational leaders, who are equipped to lead the organization beyond the “ordinary”. These leaders focus on capturing the head, heart and hands of those who work in their organizations. They create a vision, an organizational direction and set a tone that raises the sights and aspirations of those that they lead. Driven by Petrous’ Leadership programs, leaders learn the power and use of organizational values, how to create and lead high performance teams, the management of human assets in achieving extraordinary business results, the use of legitimate power and other key leadership principles. These skills are taught through personal and group coaching and leadership development workshops.
