Strategy is about winning! It can be in business, in sports or in just about any human endeavor. In the business environment, strategy becomes the grand plan through which an organization seeks to develop and sustain competitive advantage.

Effective strategy development requires a process. While such a process often takes many different courses and varies significantly from one company to another, there are common elements of almost every strategy.

Our process describes the major components of strategy and shows their relationship with each other. There are a number of steps that are necessary that are not described, but this process shows the results that come from the detailed analysis that generally accompanies most strategic processes.

Note that all of the various components are linked together. The result – vision is linked with the ultimate actions that become a part of everyone’s daily work. This linkage provides the potential to drive extraordinary results.
